18th Birthday Party of Jessica Quintas

Last night I had the great pleasure to honor the 18th anniversary celebration of the beautiful and intelligent young girl Jessica Bonfim Quintas, daughter of my friends Antonio Quintas and Elza. The event was was attended by dozens of friends and relatives of the birthday girl.

Among those present were also Marc Fortuna, the former councilman Mazinho, the vice mayor Ruy Santos and councilors Alexandre Alves and Miltom Gordo.

Happy birthday Jessica. It´s an honour for me to be your friend and so I wish you all the better to your brilliant future.

Last night I went to see the works of the local Councelors at the Municipal Chamber in Itanhaém, with my friends Marc Fortuna, Carmem Ribeiro, Antonio Rached, Fernando Ribeiro, Glaucia Magna and Antonio Velasco.

Last Sunday we celebrated at my place the 10th anniversary of my great-nephew Raphael Grassi Gomes (Raphinha). Raphinha, my little prince,  thanks for being there and happiness in our lives.

Bonfire Party at Piano Mar

Last night I went to a bonfire party, in Brazil it is called Fiesta Julina, this one was organized by the owners of the Piano Mar, held in front of City Hall.

Piano Mar is a bar established in the town by bringing together decision-makers and thinkers from different backgrounds and groups, standing as a place of democratic ideas and views, ideal for a perfect happy hour.

Attending the event among others, were friends Milton da CESP and his lovely wife Lilian Valladares, Marc Fortuna.

All so Arnaldo Lomba, Edgard Silva, Luciano Neto and his wife Josy Inacio etc.

it was a good night out and a good night for for the Piano mar, of which we have a bar called the Piano Bar in london which in its self which has always had the same and friendly environment, for me it is like a home from home.

Major Olimpio has seen here receiving the Title of Saint Vincent

Last Thursday I was invited to the Municipal Camera of Saint Vicente / SP, together with a few political friends from Itanhaém, to attend a Ceremony Honouring the state MP Major Olimpio (PDT), with the award of Saint Vincent Citizen, the highest award that a City can give to some one.

I Congratulate this Noble Gentleman and State Representative, my Friend, Major Olimpio!

Maestro Sarrafo´s Birthday Party

In Brazil it is always party time ! On January 23rd, I  attended the 92th birthday party of the musician Maestro Sarrafo.

Only to remember later that night it was my birthday that day as well ! Ops

I went to the event commemorating the fourth anniversary of SAMU the (Ambulance Emergeny Service) 192 in Itanhaém,  along with my friends Marc Fortuna, Chiquinho Ribeiro (photo), Alexandre da Regional and the Deputy Mayor Ruy Santos. Also at the event was Itanhaém´s Mayor, Mr Forssell.

On thuesday the first of March, I visited the TV studios of Santa Cecilia, in Santos, with my friends Ruy Santos (Deputy Mayor of Itanhaem) with Marc Fortuna and Suely Moron. where the Vice Mayor Ruy Santos was going to participat in a live debate with the State MP Thelma de Souza (Labour Party)  News & Cia .

Kiosk "Little Farm"

Saturday afternoon I visited the famous Kiosk Fazendinha (in English, "Little Farm") in the beautiful beach of Santa Julia, in Itanhaém. With me were Marc Fortuna, Suely Moron and the town MP Alexandre da Regional.

Family Farming Fair

Saturday morning I attended the official opening of the Family Farming Fair in the town of Itanhaém, for the small and medium farmers in our region so they can bring and sell fresh produce directly to consumers.

The fair will be permanently installed in the car park of  the City Hall and will be opened to the public every Saturday from 9 to 13 h.  This project is a partnership between the Federal and Municipal governments.

Ruy Santos commemorates 10 years of serving the people.

On February 26th, I have been to an amazing political event visited by more than 1500 people. My friend Ruy Santos (Deputy Mayor of Itanhaém - a sea side town in Sao Paulo State) commemorated his 10th anniversary of public life and also his 50th birthday.

It was nice to be among such good friends such as Marc Fortuna, my student Ruy Franco, Raul Christiano, Carmem RS, the town MPs Zero Renato, Quintas, Alexandre da Regional and João Rossmann, the State MPs Major Olimpio, Samuel Moreira and Luciano Batista and others.

A First Class Cocktail Event to honer Ruy Santos, our Deputy-Mayor and God willing our future mayor!
